DrinuAI is operated by Tenant Check Malta.

DrinuAI provides AI-assisted, educational, and informational guidance concerning residential renting in Malta.

Topics may include rental registration, leases, deposits, rent payments, landlord obligations, tenant rights, repairs, property management, notices, disputes, and related matters.

We aim to provide useful and reliable rental information. However, DrinuAI may produce incomplete, outdated, ambiguous, or incorrect responses.

Laws, official procedures, registration requirements, fees, forms, and administrative practices may change. You should review linked official sources and verify important information before taking action.

DrinuAI may misunderstand a question, overlook relevant facts, or provide a general answer that does not apply to a specific dispute.

You remain responsible for decisions made on the basis of information supplied by DrinuAI.

You must have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. DrinuAI is intended primarily for adults dealing with residential rental matters.

Where an account is required, you must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless you notify us promptly of unauthorised use.

You must not share passwords, attempt to access another person's account, or create accounts using false or misleading information.

You remain responsible for questions, comments, feedback, and other material you submit.

You must have the right to submit that content and must not include unlawful, defamatory, confidential, infringing, misleading, or abusive material.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, process, and display submitted material only as reasonably necessary to operate, moderate, secure, and improve DrinuAI.

Where permitted by applicable law and our Privacy Policy, anonymised or aggregated questions may be used to identify content gaps, improve search quality, or create new rental guidance.

DrinuAI may link to a Tenant Check Malta community question-and-answer area.

Community answers are provided by users and may be inaccurate, incomplete, subjective, or unsuitable for your circumstances. They do not necessarily represent the views of DrinuAI or Tenant Check Malta.

We may review, edit, refuse, hide, or remove community content that breaches these Terms, applicable law, moderation rules, or the rights of another person.

Unless otherwise stated, the DrinuAI platform, software, interface, branding, logos, graphics, original articles, databases, prompts, search structures, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Tenant Check Malta.

You may use publicly accessible DrinuAI content for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, distribute, scrape, or create a competing database from our content without written permission.

Official laws, government publications, and third-party resources remain subject to the rights and terms of their respective owners.

DrinuAI may refer or link to third-party websites, authorities, service providers, or legal resources.

We do not control those services and do not guarantee their availability, accuracy, security, or terms. Accessing a third-party service is at your own risk and subject to that provider's terms and privacy policy.

We do not guarantee that DrinuAI will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DrinuAI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not warrant that answers will be complete, correct, current, suitable for a particular purpose, or free from error.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DrinuAI, Tenant Check Malta, and their operators, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss arising from use of or reliance on DrinuAI.

This includes, without limitation, loss arising from rental disputes, missed deadlines, deposit deductions, rent arrears, property damage, eviction proceedings, registration issues, legal costs, loss of income, or decisions based on an AI response.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta.

Subject to any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdictional rules that apply, disputes concerning these Terms or DrinuAI will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.
